Dr. Michael Bitzer, a professor at Catawba College, published an analysis of eligible North Carolina voters on Monday, revealing that for the first time, voters under the age of 37 make up the largest group of voters in the state. These voters are also less likely to be affiliated with a political party and less likely to show up to vote.
